Adorable mister E – Tamworth newborn photographer

I was so excited for baby E to come to the studio as he is the very first boy baby we have had in the studio since re-locating from Sydney to Tamworth! Girls are fun and all, but it was a refreshing change to have this gorgeous baby boy come for a visit.

Tiny Scarlett – Tamworth newborn photographer

Scarlett was just an itsy bitsy little thing at just over 6lbs when she came to visit me in the studio. Her beautiful mama is a dancer, and so we of course had to put her in a sweet little tutu and over the top headband for some adorable tiny dancer photographs.

The Midwinter Hood – knitting pattern

I completely forgot to add this pattern to my blog store, even though I’ve had it available on Ravelry and in my Etsy store for a month or so! Whoops… so without further ado, here it is.

Midwinter: An original Amanda Keeys knitting pattern.

The Midwinter hood is the sweetest way to keep little heads warm during winter. With a chunky cabled edge to frame those sweet baby faces, and a whimsical pixie pointed hood shape complete with braided ties.

Covers sizes from true newborn up to toddler.

Skills required include cabling, short rows and knowledge of three needle bind-off.

Ten – Tamworth photographer

Ten.

My beautiful Maddy, ten years old. So hard to believe that this “big” girl was once upon a time a tiny baby in my arms. I used to weave together daisies for a crown to place on her head way back then, too. Only back then the crown wasn’t quite this big, I guess.
Maddy has a crazy, outgoing personality and is full of the dramatic. She sings at the top of her lungs and doesn’t care who is listening and is happiest when she is front and center. I love you Miss Mads, my first born daughter, giver of awesome snuggles, do-er of amazing hairstyles, and the best big sister your family could ever hope for.
